Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photos of the issue.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
